Piecemeal's debut EP, written and recorded over the first half of 2021 in King Edward Technical College.

"Stub Toe" and "Die in Space" were written collectively by Piecemeal, "Butterfly" was composed by Herbie Hancock and Bennie Maupin for "Thrust", Rival Gathering was written by Finn Butler, and 290121 was improvised at the conclusion of the EP's recording.
